Mountainview Jams/Open Mic Night

Calling all musicians and music lovers: come to the first Mountainview Jam/open mic of the semester, up in the amphitheater under the APP dining hall! There will be a full band setup, with mics, PA speakers, full drum kit, an electric guitar and amp, an acoustic guitar, a bass guitar and amp, lights, and cables to plug in additional instruments. We will have disposable mic covers on hand. All levels and all styles welcome, including singers with or without backing tracks, and poets as well. Perform by yourself, with a friend, or with the house band, Dr. Dana & the Jam Dept, or just come out to listen and support your fellow students. This is open to all, so feel free to invite your friends from other communities. (Faculty and staff are also welcome.) Let's rock! NOTE: starting at 8pm, there will also be s'mores around the fire pit!
