We spend a lot of time at our desks, so why not make the most of it? In this session, we'll share simple yet effective tips on how to make your workspace more ergonomic. After, we will guide you through a straightforward 'deskercise' routine designed to alleviate tension and improve mobility, right from the comfort of your desk. Let's make your office a happier and healthier place! This session is presented by Campus Recreation and the Employee Assistance Program, with support from Systems Science and Industrial Engineering at Binghamton University.
