In this workshop, we discuss the benefits of being “mindful”, or as some have described it, "living in the present." Additionally, we discuss barriers to being mindful, and some strategies we can follow as we eliminate those things adding stress to our lives.

This event will take place via Zoom on September 12th from 12-1pm
