That those marked scholars of Binghamton University, who have demonstrated exemplary excellence in the areas of scholarship, integrity, service, and leadership in the community, as well as in the field of Biomedical Engineering, may continue to develop these qualities and be recognized for their contributions to the field. To network those students with current leaders, alumni, and outstanding faculty who have attained prominence in the field, to foster relationships that will promote collaboration, and a create a stronger Biomedical Engineering community. To create an environment that will foster these students' curiosity and passion for the field. While promoting a further understanding of the knowledge required to become a successful Biomedical Engineer and scholar, we do hereby ordain and establish the following constitution.
