PwC Scholars seek community partner for 2021–22 service project

The PricewaterhouseCoopers Scholars Program in Binghamton University’s School of Management is searching for a community organization with which they can partner for their 2021–22 service project.

Every year, the groups plans, fundraises for and executes a large-scale community service project to give back to the Binghamton community and assist organizations that are in need. Historically, the program has donated more than 3,000 hours of volunteering annually towards the project and has fundraised over $16,000 to self-support the project — the project is solely funded by the PwC Scholars program; they do not ask for any monetary contribution from your organization. After scholars work with an organization throughout the academic year, the project culminates in an Annual Day of Community Service where the students volunteer at the organization along with alumni from the program.

This year, the PwC Scholars are working with both Gigi’s Playhouse of the Southern Tier and the American Civic Association. If you would like to learn more about our program or our past projects, visit our website.

Interested organizations can fill out this application form. Note that this is only an application. The scholars will inform you if you have been selected.

Deadline for applications: Thursday, April 1, 2021.
