Meet 180 Degrees Consulting at Binghamton University

180 Degrees Consulting is the world’s largest consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises! We provide high-quality pro-bono business consulting services to social impact organizations so they can improve and expand their services.

The Binghamton University branch of 180 Degrees Consulting was founded in the fall of 2020. Our main goal is to maximize value to our clients. We decided to start a branch of 180 Degrees Consulting to give students real-world experience in the consulting field, but also benefit our community and the different socially minded organizations who make it what it is.

Our student branch can help your organization:

  • Measure social impact
  • Improve your financial sustainability
  • Operate as efficiently as possible, so that donation revenue goes further
  • Be more data-driven in your decision making
  • Improve your human resource management and volunteer recruitment
  • Expand to new geographical areas
  • Improve your branding and marketing
  • Determine organizational priorities
  • Increase the number of people you reach
  • Develop a workable business plan

We are currently looking for clients to work with and would love the opportunity to work with your organization! If you are interested, contact us at binghamton@180dc.org.

Need help with a data analysis project?

One of the most invaluable experiences our Master of Science in Data Analytics students have is collaborating with organizations on team-based data analytics projects. These projects are a win-win, as our well-trained students examine your data and answer your strategic questions while getting real-world experience.

If your business, organization or nonprofit has a data project that could use the help of our students, let us know. We are looking for projects that involve reasonably large amounts of data that can be completed during the summer semester (June). You'll be expected to interact with the students three to four times during the project duration, which will end with a final presentation to you about their analysis and findings.

Interested? Learn more on our website or email Manoj Agarwal, program director, at msda@binghamton.edu.
