We will stand at least 12 ft away from each other while singing, and 6 ft while speaking/doing in-place choreo movement. We will all be wearing masks, we will take temperatures before meeting, we will sanitize hands before meeting. We will be extremely careful and weary of getting too close to one another. I will keep strict watch on the group and delegate another person to also keep strict watch and make sure none of us forget to social distance. If these rules are broken, we will send people home and we will not continue the meeting. We also will have a questionnaire that people will fill out the day before meeting which will answer whether they have broken general covid guidelines, whether they may have been exposed to someone with covid, whether they are not feeling well, or whether they are nervous or uncomfortable about coming. If they answer yes to any of these questions, we will tell them not to come to the meeting (no questions asked). We will record or livestream the meeting so anyone who does not attend in person can catch up on what we did. We plan to sing for 30 minutes TOPS either in the beginning of the meeting or at the end of the meeting, depending on what my officers decide for our order of events for the meeting. We will have a discussion about the semester, and we will practice socially distant choreo to make sure none of us forget it.
