Beyond basic awareness lies systemic transformation. This workshop invites students, staff, and faculty into an immersive exploration of LGBTQ+ advocacy, rights, and liberation. Participants will critically analyze contemporary policy landscapes and global social movements impacting this community. Moving beyond traditional allyship frameworks, attendees will examine practical strategies for voice amplification, structural intervention, and community-centered equity. Through collaborative discussion and applied scenarios, you will cultivate the skills needed to dismantle institutional barriers and foster transformative safety on campus and beyond.
