This session empowers educators with practical strategies on ways to recognize and
address unconscious bias, combat microaggressions, and understand the importance of
fostering a growth mindset. We’ll explore the importance of metacognition, maintaining
high expectations, and incorporating diverse perspectives to create an inclusive and
equitable learning environment where all students can thrive.
