This program consists of four consecutive days of in-person instruction with two mandatory half-day in-class workshops, a review session, and an exam. Practice labs will be used in class and outside of class to help prepare participants to master the exam content.  Participants must pass the exam to receive certification and advance to the next level.

In this course, you will learn how to format and customize text, use borders and shading, create footnotes, endnotes, captions, citations, bibliographies, indexes, table of contents, figures and tables, control text flow using breaks, and create letter and label mail merges.

Note:

  • An earned certificate for Word - Level 1 must be awarded before registering for Word - Level 2.
  • There must be a minimum of three people registered for this class to be held.

If you anticipate a need for disability-related accommodations or auxiliary aids to attend or participate in any event, please contact UCTD at uctd@binghamton.edu. We ask that you provide us with at least 3-5 days of advance notice regarding your equal access needs.
