This workshop is being held online via Zoom. Participants will learn about types of bias and learn strategies to increase awareness and improve communication. Participants will understand the importance of reporting a suspected bias incident or bias-related crime and learn about the university's policies on Religious Accommodation/Expression Policy, Discrimination and Harassment Policy, and the prohibition of retaliation. This session will include details about the process for submitting an online bias incident report and the role of the university's Bias Incident Response Team. All faculty and staff are encouraged to attend.
