When the world feels loud and overwhelming, it’s easy to end up stressed, worried, or just worn down. If you’re dealing with racial, cultural, or immigration‑related stress you’re not alone... and you don’t have to carry it by yourself.

DROP IN for an hour to grab a warm drink, connect with other students, and take a breather in a supportive space. You can talk about what’s been on your mind, listen to others, or simply exist in community—whatever feels right for you.

Counselors will be there to offer support, share coping tools, and help you find resources if you want them. Registration is encouraged but not required. This is a space for care, reflection, and connection.
