Mission
The primary purpose of TOPSoccer is to provide an educational and enriching opportunity to youth and young adults in the Greater Binghamton area who identify as having special needs or disabilities. TOPSoccer (the outreach program for soccer) is national organization whose stated purpose is to serve as a "community-based training program for all athletes with intellectual, physical, and emotional disabilities."
