Organizations talk about being disruptive –or being disrupted – and that they have to become more innovative to compete in the modern "real-time" marketplace. But scant few organizations understand that being prepared, being in a state of readiness, is critical to their being successful – and that there is great peril without having or even understanding their organizational capacity and capabilities. Students will learn from Joseph Paris about the challenges facing organizations today and the approaches necessary to be successful. All students will receive a copy of Paris' recently released book, "State of Readiness, Operational Excellence as Precursor to becoming the High-Performance Organization." Plus-ones or small groups are welcome (seating is subject to availability). RSVP required to attend. Networking luncheon provided for all in-person attendees.
Food Provided (Optional networking lunch included for attendees!)
