It is time to show up, speak out, and help secure funding for students with disabilities! Please save the date and join us on February 24th, 2026 for Student Empowerment Day. We need your voice in Albany to ensure students with disabilities across New York State, and higher education disability offices, have the resources they need and deserve.

The SSD office will be taking a bus to Albany to attend Student Empowerment Day on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026. There is no fee to attend this trip, and it is open to all current Binghamton students. Please register to receive further details including times and meeting location.

The New York State Disability Services Council (NYSDSC) is partnering with the following partners for Student Empowerment Day 2026:
