JP Morgan's Managing Director, TJ Castro Lim will be hosting a virtual speaker and question and answer session on Wednesday, October 13th at 5:15PM. Come hear about his professional journey, ask questions, and get an inside scoop on JP Morgan's DEI Initiatives!

Mr. Lim is the Managing Director of Digital at JP Morgan Chase and a member of the 40 under 40: Future Business Leaders of America. As an Immigrant from the Philippines and an openly gay man Mr. Lim has had to face many adversities but has persevered and has climbed the corporate ladder and has become a leader at JP Morgan, being the highest-ranked openly gay man at the company. Following in his mother's footsteps Mr. Lim has become a workplace advocate for both the LGBTQ and Asian American communities and has been leading JP Morgan in its DEI initiatives.
