Please note: Do NOT buy a ticket only option if you do not have a plan to transport yourself! There will be NO REFUNDS for this reason. Everyone going on the trip will need to have a waiver filled out by March 8. Failure to fill out the waiver on time may result in loss of ticket without refund, so be ready to fill this out!
We want to note for this trip, and future trips as well: Alpine Pass Tickets are for ALPINE PASSHOLDERS ONLY! Do not purchase an Alpine ticket if you did not purchase the pass. We will be checking the roster afterward and if you purchase the wrong ticket, it will be canceled, without guaranteed refund.
In addition, we want to emphasize that this trip will NOT be flexible with refunds. Refunds are never guaranteed but after the week of the sale, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. In addition, we will only be able to honor ticket transfers through Monday, March 6. After this date, there will be NO CHANGES ALLOWED. PLEASE, only buy a ticket if you are confident you will be able to go! On other trips we are able to honor extenuating circumstances, but that is NOT the case on this trip.
Finally…we want to note. After some consideration, we decided that for logistical purposes, we will stick to sales on BingTickets. This will help us to streamline our sales and fill the bus while offering a ticket only option. Also, do not forget: demand is expected to be high so tickets may sell out rapidly! With that being said, we do not intend to continue ticket sales past this week, so do not sleep on buying if you intend to go!
