We pledge to formalize, cultivate, and foster bonds amongst each other as sisters and abide by respect, trust, communication, professionalism, and accountability. We fulfill our mission through educational programming, community service, and personal development.
Individualism Our organization pride itself on valuing the individualism of our members. Each person brings their unique strengths and viewpoints to the organization. Enhancement of the Community SIA helps reach philanthropic goals by becoming more involved in community service projects, by the intense desire to help our communities. Networking Joining a national sorority is a huge benefit for Networking. As a member, you have access to a broader group of professional women, as well as, the opportunity to meet and network with members of other Greek Lettered Organization
