The Women’s History Month Self-Defense Course will be held in the Rafuse Hall Great Room and facilitated by University Police Department certified trainers in collaboration with the Binghamton Co-Rec initiative.

The event will provide participants with practical self-defense techniques, focusing on personal safety, awareness, and confidence-building.

The session is designed to center women’s safety and empowerment while remaining open to all attendees. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on practice, including basic defensive moves and optional pad work.
