This session will focus on ways we can create a campus culture that values community, civility, and freedom of thought and expression. At Binghamton University we believe that people can accomplish more by working together and learning from each other through respect, self-awareness, and conflict-management skills. This session presented by UDiversity Educational Institute and DEEP Interns will engage participants in ways to lead with cultural humility.
