FIGHT BACK! with UPD & PGS

Often women, especially black women are put in dangerous situations. While some grew up learning how to deal with these situations, they may still not feel comfortable dealing with them. The purpose of this GB is to create a feeling of confidence in women through self-defense. Not only is this meant to give attendees enough knowledge to better protect themselves but also build empowerment within themselves.
