Dr. Meyer is the Rural Medicine Scholars Program Director at SUNY Upstate Medical University. She is also the Regional Director of the Central Region Office of the New York State Area Health Education Center System. She is a graduate of Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. She received her MD degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University's College of Medicine in 2013 and completed her Neurology Residency at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in 2017.
