Considering a career in the law? Interested in public service or government careers at the local, state, or federal level? Join us on April 22 for an engaging conversation about the wide and diverse array of legal careers you can find in government!

This panels brings together four Binghamton alumni with a wealth of legal experience in government and public service. The session will begin with an overview of the different roles that lawyers play at each level of government, and then our panelists will share their own experiences -- how they found their way to positions in government and what their particular work involves. The panel will be interactive, and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Our panelists include:
Madjeen Garcon, New York City Legal Department
Sheldon Goldfarb, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Sonya Levine, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
Will McNally, Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

This will be an excellent session for anyone considering a career in government, law, or--given our panelists' particular experiences--finance, and we hope you'll join us. Any and all Binghamton students and alumni are welcome!

This event will be held on Zoom, and you will need to register in order to receive the meeting link. We hope to see you there!
