Join us in the MRC Lounge for an intimate discussion with the Family Weekend keynote speaker, Julie Lythcott-Haims! This reception will provide an opportunity for families and students of color to share space in the MRC, engage in impactful conversations around assisting their students and ask Julie questions. Join us for light refreshments and intentional dialogue.

Lythcott-Haims will offer brief comments on how to raise successful kids without overparenting, addressing what it means to be Black in white spaces, and the healing power of community. A New York Times best-selling author, speaker and activist focused on helping humans find their true north, Lythcott-Haims' work is about the obstacles we face as humans striving to thrive and how we can unlock our most authentic selves.
