Event Time and Date
The Multicultural Resource Center, in conjunction with Binghamton University Dining Services, would like to present our second Culture and Food Series event for the semester:
Culture at Chenango: Caribbean Edition, from 11:15 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, March 21st in the Chenango Room.
This event is co-sponsored by the Caribbean Student Association, Diverse Cultural Xcellence Organization, and Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc.
Stop by this month’s Culture at Chenango event to explore the rich and vibrant cultures of the Caribbean Islands, and learn more about the people through the food, music, and visual presentations. Our menu is crafted to celebrate the unique influences of the region, and how it has shaped today's Caribbean culture in the United States. The menu includes vegetarian and chicken dishes, Jamaican Oxtail, Caribbean curried fish, a Grenadian Spice Cake, an action station featuring chicken wings with a tamarind glaze sauce.
