Event Time and Date
On Saturday, April 22nd in the University Undergrounds from 8:00-10:00pm, M-HOPE interns, University Counseling Center and Late Nite will be hosting the 2nd Annual Positive Expression Night!
The event will entail:
Musical/performance acts by individuals and student groups
M-HOPE Art Walk- Student works inspired by mental health on display

Positive expression night is for students to express their emotions in a healthy way. Having a healthy outlet to express feelings can help students get through the semester, especially during stressful times like leading up to finals.
This program will be open-mic style, and students or student groups can sign up for various art acts. The acts can be anything from music, poetry, dance or art presentations, and more -– All are welcome! There will be a short presentation from M-HOPE peers, on the effects of positive expression on mental health and emotional well-being. Refreshments will also be served!
