Come join MRIC to learn more about Dr. Marvin Diaz, Associate Professor and Behavioral Neuroscience Area Head of the Psychology Department. Dr. Diaz's lab is a part of the Developmental Exposure Alcohol Research Center (DEARC), and focuses on understanding neurologically based adaptations that result from exposures to alcohol, drugs and stress during development. Come ask him about his work in his lab, what his research career looked like, and how he went about his academic journey. This is a fantastic networking opportunity, specifically for neuroscience students but also all undergrads open to working with alcohol and understanding its effects on neurological development!
