February: Love Letters to Myself

Purpose: We often associate love with others, but we forget that most importantly, love comes from within. This event is meant to help individuals focus on self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love by intentionally shifting from a harsh inner critic to a more nurturing and supportive inner voice.


The purpose of Sister's Circle is to provide a safe, reflective space for students who identify as women of color to come together, share their experiences and practice a variety of self help exercises with one another. Through creativity and community building, Sister's Circle aims to support this group emotionally, spiritually, professionally and academically. This group was founded by the student organization P.U.L.S.E. and is now in collaboration with the MRC!
