Cultural Comforts: Taste of Home

Come share a seat at our table! Cultural Comforts: Taste of Home invites students to gather, connect, and celebrate the flavors that remind us of home. Together, we’ll watch a professional Sodexo chef and members of the Multicultural Resource Center prepare a traditional dish with care to its cultural roots, while weaving in conversation about the stories and traditions behind it.

After the demo, we’ll sit down to enjoy the meal as a community, share reflections on our own comfort foods, and discover how food keeps us connected—to our cultures, our families, and each other.

This month's theme celebrates Italian-American heritage! The menu will include: Minestrone Soup
Stuffed Pasta Shells (Spinach & Ricotta) Gluten Free option, Italian Sausage & Peppers, Garlic Bread and Tiramisu

All are welcome. Spots are limited, so please register here. First come first serve! Please notify us by October 6th if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Some restrictions cannot be accommodated depending on the recipe, but we will try our very best!
