Welcome Dr. Sellah King'oro, one of the Charles E. Scheidt Postdoctoral Fellows of IGMAP (Institute for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention) this year, to our MRC Culture Chat & Collective Justice discussion this Thursday, from 4-5 p.m. Dr. King'oro will share some of her research, personal experiences and the incredible work that she has contributed to world peace and liberation efforts. This program is aimed at providing a safe space for students amplifying international efforts toward achieving liberation, equality, and social justice for all. Through a blend of storytelling, research, and dialogue, this series highlights global movements, organizations, and individuals working to dismantle systemic oppression, with the goal of empowering our multicultural communities toward action.
