SUNY Broome Community College’s Student Development and Binghamton University’s Multicultural Resource Center are proud to host the inaugural Women of Color Summit. The Summit is dedicated to fostering connection, growth, and resilience among high school juniors and seniors, undergraduates, and graduate students who identify as women in minority communities.

This year’s theme, “Shattering the Glass Ceiling,” highlights key topics such as identity in professional spaces, career readiness, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and holistic well-being. Through inspiring keynotes, interactive workshops, and engaging panel discussions, the Summit provides a supportive platform for young women of color to cultivate their strengths, build lasting networks, and unlock their full potential as the next generation of leaders.
