Join the Multicultural Resource Center Student Managers for a Destress
event in honor of World Health Day at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 7! Did you know that
meditation and yoga can help combat stress and depression levels? Tune in as we
discuss effective ways to incorporate these practices into our daily lives as college
students, as well as share a recipe for a healthy snack alternative. Two lucky winners
will have the chance to win a hydro flask and a yoga mat!
