In 1969, the same summer as Woodstock, a massive music festival featuring many of the same artists was held in Harlem. Like Woodstock, it was all filmed. But no one has ever seen it--until now. This award-winning celebration of Black music, culture, and history features electrifying performances and insightful commentary by Stevie Wonder, Sly and the Family Stone, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Nina Simone, and many more.
