Join us for a presentation from MHOPE about COVID Coping Skills! This will be a discussion about the unique academic and social stressors college students face during COVID. An open and non-judgmental conversation will aim to identify coping strategies and normalize experiences of grief/loss during this time, incorporating management of stress and self-care.
