Hear why LxC 297 would be a valuable course for you to take this spring! Would you like to learn valuable global research skills and develop intercultural competencies that you could add to your resume and professional development? Would you like to further develop and fine-tune your digital literacy to heighten your professional profile? Would you like to produce a creative project that can be showcased and leveraged to further your academic and career interests? Do you have any world language abilities (whether learned at home or in high school or college) that you would like to use to enhance your degree? If you are a heritage speaker, do you wish that you had the opportunity to meaningfully use your Cantonese, Creole, Fulani, Gaelic, Hindi, Lithuanian, Malayalam, Polish, Portugese, Serbo-Croatian, Tagalog, Ukrainian, Uighur, Urdu, or ANY OTHER LANGUAGE you may know as part of your university education? Would you like to apply your non-English language skills (whatever level they may be) to help you enhance your understanding of key themes & issues within your own major? Even if you don't know another language, would you like to learn how cross-cultural knowledge can be utilized to deepen your understanding of ANY COURSE, ANY TOPIC, or ANY SUBJECT?
