Crash Into Podcasting

Whether you wait diligently each Wednesday for your favorite episode to drop or you have an obsession with a topic that others might enjoy your perspective on, this podcasting crash course is for you. During our session, we will explore the elements of craft and rhetorical strategies that make up the most engaging, must-listen-to podcasts. You will then use what you've learned about these characteristics to develop your own podcast concept. For the hands-on portion of this crash course, you will record and edit a trailer advertising your podcast idea. All participants will leave with a basic understanding of how to make a podcast and an idea for their own original show.
