Join Q Center staff and Mental Health Outreach Peer Educators (MHOPE) for a fun night of stress relief with craft activities, music, and light refreshments. Make some slime with us or pick up a paint-by-numbers kit to complete on your own.

Information regarding the MHOPE program will be provided for those interested in bringing peer educators to your classes, residence halls, or student organizations!
