The silencing of LGBTQ+ individuals is not a fact of history; it is ongoing and ubiquitous, as illustrated by the most recent anti-trans legislation passed in Arkansas and Tennessee.
While it may be difficult for young people to create palpable change for the whole country, we can stand in solidarity with LGBTQ+ people at Binghamton University - so we are calling on you to take action.

Join the Q Center to stand in Silent Solidarity and bear witness to the silencing of queer voices and attempted erasure of trans identities. We will be chalking the campus the day before National Day of Silence so that our silent message can be heard all day on Friday.
