Join the Lehman Hall RA staff and Pretty Girls Sweat in an event focused on physical fitness and nutrition. Pretty Girls Sweat will lead everyone in an abridged cardio exercise. Afterwards, the Lehman RA staff will be making smoothies for everyone in attendance and discussing good nutrition tips pre and post workout.
