We are very eager to officially announce Latin Heritage Month Kickoff! This event will be held on September 15th at 7pm, featuring guest speaker, Juan Gonzalez! Gonzalez is a man of many achievements, including being an outstanding journalist, reporter, and activist. He is most known for, however, his involvement with the Young Lords Party, an organization that aimed to fight for neighborhood empowerment. This is the beginning of many fun and informative events we have planned for you all this semester! We hope to see many of you there to begin celebrating LASU's 53rd LHM!
