An informational introduction to the mishaps of the justice system and how it often times fails BIPOC, from false DNA matches and insufficient evidence to racism within the court staff and jury. Following, a discussion of real cases (2-3 cases), and how differently other demographics are processed by the criminal justice system versus their counterparts of color.
