The Ruthless Rho Chapter of Lambda Alpha Upsilon and the Charles Drew Minority Pre-Health Society would like to invite you all to come and learn about healthy eating habits, how to lose/gain wait in a healthy manner, and how to set proper goals for yourself, all while maybe learning some fun facts about nutrition and exercise!
