Fall 2024 International Student Welcome Event!

Join the staff from the Office of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) to learn about all the campus resources related to staying healthy! There will be snacks, games, activities, and lots of opportunities to ask questions and learn more about the Binghamton University wellness resources!

Our campus partners who will be joining us include:
- Campus Recreation
- Dean of Students, CARE Team
- Healthy Campus Initiative
- Residential Life Student Support
- Sodexo Dining Services, Registered Dietitian
- University Counseling Center

Fall 2024 International Student Welcome Event!

Join Dylan Horvath, Steward of Natural Areas, and ISSS for a 60-minute guided hike in the Nature Preserve!
NOTE: In order to ensure that there are enough tour guides for this event, all interested participants should register for the event ahead of time. If no students register ahead of time, the first 17 students who arrive to the Nature Preserve entrance for the event will be able to attend.

Directions for participants:
- Participants should meet at the Nature Preserve entrance (across the street from Lot M1) promptly at 11:00AM.
- Remember to wear sneakers and appropriate hiking clothes and to bring sunscreen, bug spray, and water!

Want to learn how to take the public bus? See a local movie theater, supermarket (Walmart), and ice cream shop? Learn more about the area surrounding campus?

ISSS staff will meet you at the Binghamton University Union Bus Stop at 11:30AM to take #47 BC Transit bus to the Town Square Mall. ISSS staff will then meet students at the Town Square Mall bus stop at 1:00PM to take the #47 Bus back to campus. You should be back to campus by 1:40PM. Bring your student ID so that you can ride the bus for free.
