Throughout the week, you will be able to find various events organized across campus centered around cultural exchange. Check-out the 'International Education Week' tag in B-Engaged. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Any student clubs/organizations that would like to be featured on our IEW schedule of event page should complete this Google Form, and interested university offices should complete this Google Form.

The Summer Economics Session at the University of Bremen (also known as the Bremen Summer Lab) is a three-month program for undergraduate students in economics. Taking place at the University of Bremen in northern Germany, instruction is provided in English by leading Bremen professors and international guest professors. Students can complete 12 credit hours over the three academic sessions. All amenities are conveniently nearby, and the historic city center is accessible with a 15-minute bus ride.

Join SUNY Oneonta's Office of Global Education (OGE) and members from Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences (JAMK) in a virtual info session to learn about how you can study abroad in Finland for a semester or summer! This is a SUNY Oneonta exchange program and all SUNY students are welcome to apply. All SUNY students are welcome to attend this information session.

Sleep plays a critical role for our mental, physical and emotional well-being. Good sleep can help you improve cognitive skills like learning and attention.

Since 1963, Semester at Sea has brought college students, world-class faculty, and international experts together to travel, learn, and grow on board a campus unlike any other. SUNY Plattsburgh partners with Semester at Sea to offer students this immersive education abroad program. Students typically visit 10–12 countries each semester. SUNY Plattsburgh is holding a virtual information session on Wednesday, November 15 at 4pm to discuss Fall 2024 and beyond. All SUNY students are welcome to attend this information session. Join us for this virtual presentation featuring a panel of study abroad alumni who will share their perspectives on studying abroad as LGBTQIA+ individuals. Discussion topics will include:
What is the I, Too, Am Study Abroad campaign
- How students selected and prepared for their Study Abroad program
- How the panelists' individual identities impacted their experiences abroad 
- Advice for prospective LGBTQIA+ study abroad students 
- Highlights of the panelists' experiences abroad and how they impacted who they are today
- Introduction to the SUNY CIE LGBTQIA+ Identities Abroad: Questions to Consider guide

A jeopardy-style trivia event specifically for international students in observance of International Education Week! This event will take place on Tuesday, November 14 from 3:30 - 4:30pm in Appalachian Hall, Room G16. Snacks and refreshments will be provided, and students will have the opportunity to win prizes as well!
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
In celebration of International Education Week, come test your world trivia knowledge! All students are welcome to attend this event to compete. We will have a variety of international snacks to enjoy during the event! The team with the highest score will win prizes!
