The Binghamton University community is once again celebrating International Education Week (IEW) from November 14-18, 2022!

Throughout the week, you will be able to find various events organized across campus centered around cultural exchange. Check-out the 'International Education Week' tag in B-Engaged. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Any student clubs/organizations that would like to be featured on our IEW schedule of event page should complete this Google Form, and interested university offices should complete this Google Form

You can find additional information about IEW on the State Department's website here

Global Networking Group - Fall 2022 Event Series

Are you interested in connecting with other globally minded students? Do you like bowling? Well then you're in luck! Come to this bowling event in the University Union, hosted as a part of the Global Networking Group (GNG) event series. You'll get to meet other students and have fun!

The Binghamton University GNG aims to promote meaningful interactions between current students, develop intercultural communication skills, and strengthen community among students. The program also strives to be as inclusive as possible - all members of the Binghamton University community are welcome to come to GNG events and there is no strict commitment. GNG is simply a series of casual, fun social events for globally minded Bearcats. Please save the below dates and times for when we plan to offer fall 2022 semester events. Going Global with Coffee, Culture, and Conversation

Good company! Complimentary refreshments! Join ISSS staff, campus clubs and various University departments as we celebrate International Education Week with coffee, culture, and conversation! Students who join us will have the opportunity to learn about study abroad programs, cross-cultural experiences, and expectations, as well as various cultures!

Tables will also have information on many different cultures! Participants will have the opportunity to win some sweet swag!

In celebration of International Education Week, come test your world trivia knowledge! All students are welcome to attend this event to compete. We will have a variety of international snacks to enjoy during the event! The team with the highest score will win prizes!

Education Abroad: Summer Internships

Did you know that you can intern abroad for academic credit through an education abroad program? Gain hands on experience while studying abroad!

Binghamton offers summer internship education abroad programs in both Prague, Czech Republic and Barcelona, Spain through CEA Study Abroad. And there are many more opportunities to intern abroad through other SUNY programs.
