-What is ISA?
The International Student Association at Binghamton University is a professional organization that seeks to provide professional development resources and networking opportunities specifically tailored to international students in their career initiatives. Our goal is to help international students through every step of the career searching journey.
-Why Should I Apply?
Being on eboard is a great opportunity for you to gain valuable leadership experience and enhance your own career and professional development. You will have to opportunity to network with ISA alumni who are all working professionals. Additionally, it is also a great resume booster!
-Who Can Apply?
We strongly encourage everyone who is interested to apply. The application is open to all students regardless of school, major, and class year.
-What Positions Are Open?
- Vice President of Public Relations
Managing email communications and campaigns
Promote ISA and its programs and events to international students, general student body, and the public
- Vice President of Professional Development
Overseeing Logistics
Reaching out to Fleishman Career Center and SOM Career Services for career event resources
- Vice President of Professional Relations
Maintaining Professional Network of ISA Alumni
Reaching out to prospective mentors and organizations for collaborations
- Treasurer
Account for all budget and financial activities outlined by GSO Constitution.
