Safer Havens: Better Protection for Refugees in Romania Webinar

The Institute for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention at Binghamton University (I-GMAP) and the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities (AIPG) invite you to a free webinar presenting a policy report developed during the Safer Havens workshop in Oradea, Romania. This was the third in a series of three conferences held in countries coping with large displaced populations. This long-term research, advocacy, and convening project aims to identify better practices for coordination between state and civil society organizations in global atrocity prevention. We have completed a comprehensive policy report in English that summarizes both the workshop outputs and targeted recommendations for a range of actors that we believe can help make Romania a safer haven for displaced persons.
