Dear summer and fall 2026 study abroad applicants,

Are you a Pell Grant recipient? Are you looking for ways to fund your study abroad experience? Join SUNY Cortland and SUNY Plattsburgh for a virtual information session about the Benjamin A Gilman Scholarship! This scholarship provides up to $5,000 worth of funding to Pell Grant recipients who are applying to credit-bearing study abroad programs.

During this information session we will discuss the background and eligibility requirements of the scholarship as well as tips on how to write compelling essays to help your application stand out.

Registration is optional for Binghamton students, but encouraged!
