Studying abroad can be a life-changing experience and change the way we see the world. Gabriela García encapsulated her experience in Florence, Italy, this past fall by taking photos of the people, places and things she encountered in her time abroad.

Join us as we celebrate the launch of her photo exhibition, Briefly Passing By, and hear about the situations that inspired some of her photos. There will be an AMA ("Ask Me Anything") session where attendees can ask Gabriela about her time living and studying in Florence, as well as the scholarships she received in order to go abroad, including the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship.

Snack and refreshments will be provided for attending students for free!

Explore all of the study abroad programs available throughout the SUNY System! Filter via country, type of program, or more to find a program that you truly desire! You can also utilize SUNY Buffalo's study abroad webpage to explore other SUNY programs, sorted by city!
