Dress to Impress! Stop by the Hillside Commons Friday @ 6PM before going out for Halloweekend to show off your wonderfully frightful costume! HVC E-board will perform a judge's panel and vote on who has the best costume, runway style. Treat-bags come with everyone who participates, alongside an energy drink to keep you haunted all night 🦇
